7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Specific retention periods:
- Active user accounts: Data retained for the duration of your membership or service period
- Closed accounts: Personal data securely deleted within 90 days after account closure, unless legal retention requirements apply
- Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by Croatian tax law and accounting regulations
- Communication records: Retained for 2 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes
